Guests are asked to contact the hotels directly at the numbers listed above and request the Photocathode Workshop rate when making reservations. All reservations must be made before Friday, September 7, 2012. After that date, the blocks will be released and any remaining rooms will be put back into their regular inventory for sale to the general public.

Shuttle buses will be available from both hotels to campus.
