Cascadilla Hall Registration
Participants are required to register in advance. There is a registration fee that covers conference proceedings (CD-ROM only), abstracts, conference program, welcome reception, picnic, banquet, tours, and refreshments. The registration fee can be paid by credit card or by check. The registration fees are noted below.

The registration fee for companions includes the welcome reception, the banquet, the Watkins Glen tour/Taughannock State Park picnic. There are also additional companion events that carry separate fees (see Companion Program section). The fees for the Companion Program events will be announced later.
The deadline for registration is June 1st, 2005. Acknowledgement of registration will be automatically e-mailed to each participant upon receipt of the electronic registration form. Acknowledgement of payment will be made upon receipt of payment. Paper receipts will be distributed to participants during registration at the workshop.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by mail or fax to the workshop Organizing Committee. Refunds will be in full if the request is received before June 25th, 2005. A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged for refund requests received on or after June 25th, 2005. No refunds are possible for requests received after July 1st, 2005.
If you have not already registered, please do so below. You will only need to fill this form out once. After you complete this form you will be asked to register your companions, if you have any. If you wish, you may return to register the companions later by logging in with your e-mail address and password.
Either way, you will be forwarded to another site to complete the online transaction for the workshop fee. After registration, you may use the Abstract and Paper submission forms, using your e-mail address.
