Title: CESRc as an ILC Damping Ring Prototype

Description:
	Details are still forming.  The CESR lattice is generally
recognized as a good prototype and testing ground for the segments
of the Int'l Linear Collider that will "cool" or "damp" unwanted
electron/positron transverse motions.  This project will explore
some aspects of that.
