The CLEO II Calibration Constants Librarian


    1.  constants don't freeze on freeze week.
        
    2.  exchange format (.zfx) files are used as the official constants.
            VAX         DECs            ALPHA             On_Line
           z$cc:       $Z_BANK/        $Z_BANK/     	  $Z_BANK/ (PASS1)
							  $C_CCON/	
     
    3.  .zfx files can be moved between platforms by dcp -i, dncp -i, rcp,
        or ftp in binary or image mode. On VAX do fileset/attrib=(rec:16396)
        afterwards.
         
    a.  submission:     before noon Tuesday
