Significant Mile Stones in The past year (02/01/97 to date)

Merge Recompress and CLEO 2.5 constants
Groups responsible for various detector offline/Kalman callibration submitted constants and new formats for the relevant zfile entities. These were then merged. In CLIB and DLIB (/ccon/ccon) recompress and cleo2.5 coexist. PreRecompress constants are preserved in prelib (/ccon/prelib). This allows for seamless analysis of recompress and 2.5 data sets.
The '90000' bug
Cleo crossed run #90000 in data taking on 10th of August, '97. Most constants were valid updto run 90000. Online systems started to crash when they did not find valid constants. Intensive work allowed data taking within a day but the problem has affected other activities and is being monitored. Now we have to prepare for the run #100000 bug!!

The '100000' bug
Late summer 1998, CLEO 2.5 is estimated to cross 100000 run mark. This requires various software changes as most CLEO code was initiated > 10 years ago! To enable collaborators and system experts to test their code, dummy data has been installed in all zfiles entities between run 125000 to 125100. If you want details about the contents, contact CCON.
