Outline
Wiggler 2 field integral comparison with tilt
The 9 mrad tilt results in a skew quad component less than half of what was measured for Wiggler 2. It also results in a big transverse dependence of BY.
Transverse dependence measured by Hall probe
Such a transverse dependence is not shown by the Hall probe measurements.
Transverse dependence for end pole measured in Wiggler 2
It was also suggested that a tilt of an end pole alone could cause a skew quad component in the 7-pole. However, the Hall probe measurements appear to exclude any significant tilt in the end poles as well as in the central pole.
