Effect of modelled coil offsets on field integrals
The most striking effect is the big horizontal kick induced by the measured coil offsets in this model. This is also reflected in the plots of tracking results. Also shown is the horizontal dependence of the integral of the horizontal field component, which shows the degree of
skew quad component. The green line shows that the prediction is for the skew quad component to be smaller than measured in wiggler nr 2, as did the prediction for wiggler nr 2. The last plot shows the horizontal asymmetry in the vertical field component induced at a couple of places along the length of the wiggler by the coil offsets.
