I am currently a postdoctoral associate in the theory group at the Laboratory for Elementary-Particle Physics at Cornell University. My research focus is in string phenomenology, and in particular the long-wavelength physics of warped compactifications and dual models of supersymmetry breaking.
I was a graduate student in the String Theory Group in the Department of Physics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where I was a graduate student of Gary Shiu. In a previous lifetime, I was an undergraduate researcher in Ray Sachs' computational biology group in the Department of Mathematics at the University of California, Berkeley where I worked under the supervision of Javier Arsuaga (now in the Department of Mathematics at San Francisco State University).
