[Excerpted]

Impression:
	No definite abnormal uptake of
the cervical spine to suggest skeletal
metastases.  Consider PET for further evaluation
if clinically indicated.
	Scattered areas of arthritic changes.

Notes:
	L4-5 arthritis evident; also in shoulders.
	The erosion at C5/6 seen in prior CT may
represent skeletal metastases, which may not be reflected
in this bone scan.  Next step would be PET scan, if
indicated.
	The kidneys are functioning.
