Notes: Done at 5mm intervals Lobe in spleen appears in slice #79 CT scan of lungs 23 August 2004 [Excerpted] Impression: Infiltrating right neck mass consistent with carcinoma as previously described [prior scans]. Tiny non-calcified pulmonary nodules bilaterally consistent with early metastases; followup in recommended. Notes: Two small pulmonary nodules at slices #35 and #38. One at #35 is 2mm in size in left lung; the other is 4mm in size and in right lung. No calcification [ => ???]
