Impression:
	Rounded density in the splenic hilum consistent with
accessory spleen [ed.note:  i.e., an extra lobe on my
spleen].  Otherwise normal study with no evidence of
metatstaic disease.

Notes:
	Done at 5mm intervals
	Lobe in spleen appears in slice #79

Impression:
	Infiltrating right neck mass consistent with 
carcinoma as previously described [prior scans].
	Tiny non-calcified pulmonary nodules 
bilaterally consistent with early metastases; followup
in recommended.

Notes:
	Two small pulmonary nodules at slices #35
and #38.  One at #35 is 2mm in size in left lung;
the other is 4mm in size and in right lung. No
calcification [ => ???]
